CARE

Dear CDA Sisters,

At our state workshops this fall, you were encouraged to invite and mentor more Catholic women into our CDA sisterhood.  One of the primary ways we can encourage others to join us and to become members who participate fully and faithfully, is to CARE for them from the moment they join our courts.  What does this CARE involve?  It means we must

C – COMMUNICATE – Keep in touch via phone calls, emails, and in person.  Let members know you are interested in them and want to share all that is going on in CDA.

A – ACCOMPANY – Encourage new members to participate.  Offer to pick them up or go with them to meetings and activities.

R – RELATE & RELAY – Answer questions your new members may have, explain the Circle of Love program and other CDA projects and activities that may be new to them.

E – ENJOY – Nurture and enjoy your new friendships, appreciating what each new member brings to your court.

CARE for one another, each and every member, and our courts will grow and thrive.

Blessings to you all, Cathy
