Ct. St. Bernard #886-Lismore was inspired to do random acts of kindness, thanks to an idea gleaned from the CDA SHARE magazine. Members  placed labels on candy bars to be distributed to random individuals. The candy bar labels had various “uplifting” messages such as, “Today is a good day to have a good day” or “May you have a day filled with smiles and blessings”. The gals had also planned to wear flannel shirts to their meeting just for fun; it turned out they were glad they did as the meeting room was very chilly that night!
