Members of Ct. St. Bernard #886-Lismore decided at their February meeting to promote a “fun” contribution to the local food shelf. In honor of March Madness, members of the parish cluster were invited to donate “everything but the kitchen sink” during the month of March. A bin was set up in the foyer of St. Anthony church for the many donations. March is a “matching grant” month for the Manna Food Pantry in Worthington, MN where the items were donated. Pictured are the 238 pounds of items collected.

The Manna Food Pantry accepted a matching grant check of $73,011.98 from the Worthington Regional Health Care Foundation for the “March Food & Donation Campaign”. So glad we contributed to their successful campaign! Our motto of Unity and Charity at work!
